terms of service ✿

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms

✿ I only start sketching after I receive 50% or FULL payment. Without exceptions.✿ I have the right to decline if I don't feel comfortable with your commission request.✿ Depending on the complexity of your piece, the artwork can take me up to week or more to get it done. Other factors such as workload, inspiration, schedule etc can make your piece to a bit more to get finished. If you wish to have your commission ready before a deadline please let me know so I can prioritize your order and finish it on time.✿ Sketches are submitted to change and you’re permitted to have a maximum of 3 revisions. In case you'd like more, these revisions will have an extra fee
(inconvenience fees are $5 extra)✿ Minor or any changes after the commission is done will be charged extra.*✿ During the drawing process, I only send watermarked screenshots of the artwork and once it's been approved, I send the image in full resolution for you to download.
Pieces are sent via Google Drive after the other half of the payment is done. If it has been paid fully beforehand, it’s immediately sent after the client’s approval.✿ Once the artwork has been sent it will stay on the drive for 30 days before it gets deleted. Do not ask me for changes months after the commission has been sent because I'm most likely to have the file deleted by then.✿ Your commission can be uploaded to any social media platforms as long as credit is given/visible.If you're planning to print your commission or set it as a wallpaper please let me know so I can adjust your piece and send the files in the according format.

commercial use ✿

✿ If your commission will be used for commercial purposes, it is required to tell me beforehand what the artwork will be used for so it can be charged accordingly.✿ Please do not remove the watermark.✿ It is strictly prohibited to use my artwork for NFT or even feed AI.✿ Depending the use and complexity of the piece, commercial art can be charged up to 150% more the original base price.

✿ For international clients outside of Mexico and the US territory, I accept payments via Stripe & Wise✿ Clients based in USA, payments can be done through the sites mentioned previously or can be done with FelixPago✿ Clientes de nacionalidad Mexicana y que vivan dentro del territorio, pueden hacer sus pagos por medio de transferencia bancaria.

refund policy ✿

✿ In case I have failed to send any sketches or haven't had updates for you 2 weeks after you've made your order, you can request FULL REFUND of your piece.✿ If I do seem incapable of finishing your piece in time or I can’t seem to get it done, I’ll refund the client fully.✿ Full/Partial refunds are NOT possible if the client is unsatisfied with the final artwork.✿ If the client wants to cancel the commission during the sketching phase only 40% will be refunded.Please don’t be hesitant to let me know if you don’t like something about your piece during the sketch phase or colouring process, always be clear about what you’d like on your commission.Remember communication is key.

Prices do not include shippingTraditional pieces are done in A4 format, with watercolour and arches cold pressed paper. Both, the scanned version and the original are sent to the customer.Depending on your region shipping can cost up to $10 (Mexico & US) - $20 + if you're from overseas. All shipping comes tracked and it can take up from 2 weeks to 3 months to get your way.I can also send it via FedEx, DHL, UPS or any shipping company of the client's choosing.
