By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms

✿ Work begins only after 50% or FULL payment is received. No exceptions✿ I reserve the right to decline a request if I am uncomfortable with the subject matter.✿ Completion typically takes one week or more depending on complexity and current workload. If you have a specific deadline, please disclose it upfront so I can prioritize your order (rush fees may apply).✿ I will send watermarked screenshots during the process. Once approved and the final balance is paid, the high-resolution file will be delivered via Google Drive.✿ You are entitled to 3 revisions at the sketch stage. Additional revisions will incur an "inconvenience fee" of $5 each✿ Any changes requested after the artwork is finished and delivered will be charged an extra fee.✿ Files are kept on Google Drive for 30 days. Please download and save your files immediately, as I may delete them after this period.✿ Your commission can be uploaded to any social media platforms as long as credit is given/visible.Please let me know if the piece is for printing or wallpaper so I can provide the correct file format and resolution.

✿ If the art is for commercial purposes, you must disclose this upfront. Commercial fees can be up to 150% of the base price.✿ Please do not remove the watermark.✿ It is strictly prohibited to use my artwork for NFT or even feed AI.

refund policy ✿

✿ If I fail to provide a sketch or update you within 2 weeks of your order, you are entitled to a full refund.✿ If I am unable to complete your piece for any reason (health, emergency, etc.), I will issue a full refund immediately.✿ If you choose to cancel the commission during the sketching phase, 40% of the total price is non-refundable to cover the work already completed.✿ Refunds (full or partial) are not available once the final artwork has been delivered.I want you to love the piece. Be clear about changes during the sketch and color phases—communication is key to a result we both love.

Prices do not include shippingTraditional pieces are done in A4 format, with watercolour and arches cold pressed paper. Both, the scanned version and the original are sent to the customer.Depending on your region shipping can cost up to $10 (Mexico & US) - $20 + if you're from overseas. All shipping comes tracked and it can take up from 2 weeks to 3 months to get your way.I can also send it via FedEx, DHL, UPS or any shipping company of the client's choosing.
